How do I collaborate on a project with you?

What happens after I've submitted the quotation form or contacted you?
Upon our first form of contact, I would get in touch to clarify the necessary requirements. Once, I've gathered all needed information, I would send a personalised quotation specifically designed for your project. Should you accept the quotation, do notify me and email over the acknowledged quotation.
What if I have additional changes or there is a change in my design needs? The previous quotation would be revised and a separate estimate or a change of quotation would be made.

What are your payment terms?
50% immediate invoice to proceed on the project and 50% PAYMENT BEFORE artwork delivery. This clause is subject to be waived for regular clients. Other billing arrangements are possible upon agreement by both parties.

What does your creative process include?
The creative process that you are paying for includes creative discussions between both parties, research and concept development, presentation of 2 design options, rounds of client and design revisions, visual mock up presentation and preparation of delivery for the required high-resolution files depending on your design project needs. (for example: .JPG, .PNG (300dpi), .AI .PDF, .GIF, .MP4.)

Do I need to provide any media content?
Being a collaborative effort, I would be more than happy to incorporate any form of media content supplied from your end depending on the suitability to the design needs and in bringing the narrative of your project to life.
Do not have any media content? Don't worry, I am able to supply the needed stock media content. No charges required.

When would the first draft of my design be released?
Depending on the type of project or design requirements, I would get in touch with you by emailing you the first draft anywhere from 24 hours to 3 business days after the start of the design process based on our discussed design concept .

What is the typical time frame for a design to be completed?
There is no template time frame for design completion. Depending on the type of project or design requirements, a typical project can take a little as 24 hours or extend for weeks or longer for completion. Factors such as feedback changes and number of revisions can also likewise contribute to the design process. Please indicate a reasonable deadline upon quotation request. Time frames are generalized, and can be adjusted to match your schedule.

What would the process be after confirmation and approval of my design?
Once the design has been confirmed and approved, I would email over the invoice for the 70% remainder of the agreed bill. Once payment has been made, I will prepare the final files to be transferred over. A 7 days grace period will be given should any minimal changes would need to be made. After this period, your files will be archieved. Any retrieval at this point may incure a nominal cost for transcreation design.

Legal Coverage - Can I guarantee an error-free project?
Bear in mind that we do not live in a perfect world. As such, I can’t guarantee that my work will be completely error-free and so I can’t be liable to you or any third-party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages, even if you’ve advised me of them. If any provision of this contract shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this contract and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. What can be done is to ensure we are both on the same page to avoid any break down of understanding between both parties to ensure close to perfect delivery of the end product. Remember we are both on the same team, collaborating towards the same goal.
10.
Copyright Matters - Who would own the copyright for all materials created?
You, the client will own the copyright for all material created under this agreement. I have the right to showcase sample works from this project as part of my portfolio.
